摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定奶粉中双乙酸钠的检测技术,优化样品前处理,既省去水蒸气蒸馏法操作繁琐费时,又保证了试验结果的准确性。试验结果表明:该方法可准确测定奶粉中双乙酸钠含量且在0.05~0.5mg/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999,方法检出限为5.0 mg/kg,加标回收率为97.4%~103.4%,相对标准偏差在2.84%~3.58%(n=6)。该方法简单快速,灵敏度高。
A new method was proposed for the determination of sodium diacetate in milk powder by high performance liquid chromatography. The method optimized the sample pretreatment, saved the water vapor distillation method to operate the tedious time-consuming, guaranteed the accuracy of the experiment result. The results showed that the method could accurately determine the content of sodium diacetate in milk powder and had a good linearity in the range of 0.05-0.5 mg/ mL. The correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999 and the detection limit was 5.0 mg/kg. The recovery rate of sample was 97.4%~103.4% and the relate standard deviation was 2.84% ~3.58% （n=6）. This method was simple, fast and high sensitivity.
