摘要
在HFW焊管制造过程中,为了避免中频加热时磁力作用导致的钢管管体抖动,减少启动生产线到中频稳定输出之间的调整时间,提高生产效率,对现有压辊装置进行了改进,设计了一种框式压辊装置。该装置可安装在两中频机架之间,并可以根据钢管不同规格进行上下调节。实际使用结果表明,该中频压辊装置适合Φ219~Φ610 mm所有规格HFW焊管的生产,可有效对中频区域的钢管进行限位,既提高了效率,又保证了焊缝质量。
In HFW pipe production process, in order to avoid steel pipe shaking because of the magnetic force, reduce the adjustment time from startup production line to intermediate frequency stable output, and improve production efficiency, it improved the existing press roller device, and designed a kind of frame structure device. This device can be installed between two intermediate frequency frames, and can be adjusted up and down according to different steel pipe specification. The application results indicated that this device is suitable for Φ219~Φ610 mm all specifications HFW pipe production, which can effectively limit the pipe which in the area of the intermediate frequency equipment, it can not only improve the production efficiency, but also ensure the weld quality.
