摘要本文首先综述了有关国际资金循环统计的研究与实践的发展及现状。2008年以来一些国际组织及学者加强了对国际资金循环统计的研究与试编,其基本思路是建立一个与SNA体系相配套的统计框架,侧重于整合与利用现有的各项国际金融统计数据,基于资产负债表原理编制国际资金循环的矩阵表。本文也对李文的编表方法提出了不同的看法。 This paper reviews the development and the current situation of the research and practice of global flow of funds statistics. Since 2008, some international organizations and experts have strengthened their research for measuring global flow of funds. The basic idea is to establish a statistical framework with SNA system, focusing on the integration of the existing international financial statistics, and compile the matrix of global flow of funds by the balance sheet approach. This paper also presents different views from methods in Li et al. Li et al uses the same way to Balance of Payment table by the conversion that as the form from flow of funds account change to flow of funds matrix form, and thus tbe preparation of global flow of funds form the basic calculation framework is untenable. In addition, questions regarding the preparation methods in Li et al are discussed.
