新生代农民工就业信息需求意愿及影响因素研究

摘要 基于广西壮族自治区4个地级市的新生代农民工就业信息需求意愿的问卷调查数据,采用二元Logistic模型,实证分析新生代农民工就业信息需求意愿及其主要影响因素。研究结果表明,新生代农民工的就业信息需求意愿较强烈,但主客观因素对新生代农民工的就业信息需求意愿的影响程度存在一定差异性。主观因素中婚姻状况、受教育程度、月均收入、职业技能水平、劳动法规熟悉程度均对新生代农民工就业信息需求意愿有显著正向影响,客观因素中就业单位的性质、就业信息获取渠道、劳动合同签订状况与新生代农民工就业信息需求意愿显著正相关。 Based on the survey data about new generation migrant workers' employment information demand willingness in four prefecture-level cities in Guangxi, by using Binary Logistic Model, this paper made a empirical analysis on the willingness and major influential factors of new generation migrant workers' employment information demand. The results showed that the employment information demand willingness of new generation migrant works were relatively strong, but there was a certain difference between subjective and objective influencing factors. In subjective factors, marital status, education level, monthly income, professional skills, familiarity of labor laws and regulations had the significant positive effects on new generation migrant workers' employment information demand willingness, while some objective factors like the properties of employment unit, the access to employment information channels, labor contract were also positively correlated.
