摘要
读者服务工作是高校图书馆工作的中心。文章揭示了当前高校图书馆读者服务工作存在的问题,这些问题与历史、人文和社会发展有关;提出了高校图书馆读者服务工作的创新策略,以期对高校图书馆读者服务的改革具有一定的指导意义。
Reader service has always been considered to be the central work in university libraries. This paper analyzed some existing problems of reader service in university libraries, which were relevant to the history, humanity and social development, and put forward some instructive and useful innovation strategies for the reform of reader service.
