摘要
情绪管理是图书馆的一种资本管理,是图书馆创新和发展的重要条件。加强情绪管理,对减少馆员个体和群体情绪压力,激发馆员工作潜能,提高管理绩效,促进图书馆和谐,增强竞争能力等具有重要意义。图书馆应从馆员个人、工作、社会等方面入手,努力探索加强情绪管理的具体途径和方法,推动图书馆管理目标的实现。
Emotion management is a kind of capital management, which is the important condition of library's innovation and development. Strengthening emotion management is of great significance to reduce the librarians' individual and group emotion stress, stimulate their potential, improve the management performance, promote the harmonious library and enhance the competition ability. Library should explore to strengthen the concrete means and methods of emotion management fi'om librarian, work, society and other aspects, to promote the implementation of management objectives.
