电感耦合等离子光谱仪测定石灰石钙量 被引量:2

摘要 石灰石样品用碳酸钠-硼酸混合溶剂熔融,盐酸提取,或采用四酸消解,EDTA容量法和电感耦合等离子光谱仪测定钙量,经典EDTA容量法和ICP光谱仪测定结果比对分析表明,石灰石钙量采用ICP光谱仪测试,单次检测结果不能满足DZ/T0130-2006《地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范》质量控制要求。文章分析ICP光谱仪测定钙量不能满足规范要求的原因,采用多次测定取均值的方法,提高测试的准确度和精密度,测试结果的准确度和精密度满足规范质量要求。 Limestone samples are melted with sodium carbonate-boracic acid mixtures and extracted with hydrochloric acid or dispelled with tetracid. EDTA volumetric method and ICP spectrograph are adopted to determine calcium content. That results gained by the two methods show that the single test result can not meet the quality control requirements of the specification of testing quality management for geological laboratories DZ/T0130-2006. In this paper, the writer analyzes the reasons why determined calcium content can not met the specification, and applies the method of taking multiple measurements and using the average to enhance accuracy and precision. The accuracy and precision of the test result meet the quality requirements in the specification.
