摘要
为研究保润剂对丝状梗丝造碎的影响,对添加烟用保润剂(山梨醇、丙二醇、癸酸乙酯)的丝状梗丝,在模拟造碎后的尺寸分布及造碎率变化进行分析。结果表明:(1)超过总量85%的丝状梗丝尺寸分布在2.5 mm以下,其中1~2 mm梗丝占总量的65%~75%,该部分梗丝造碎后易产生大量尺寸小于1 mm的碎梗丝;(2)丙二醇的添加量大于3%时,添加量与梗丝的造碎率呈正相关关系;癸酸乙酯的添加量小于1.5%时,添加量与造碎率呈负相关关系;山梨醇对梗丝降碎效果不明显。
To study influences of humectants on breakage rates of filamentous stems, tobacco humectants(sorbitol, propylene glycol, ethyl decanoate) were added into filamentous stems, and changes of breakage rates and size distributions were analyzed after simulation breakings. Results showed that:(1) more than 85% of the total filamentous stems was smaller than 2.5 mm, of which the sizes between 1 to 2 mm were accounted for 65%~75% of the total mass, and these stems were the main source of broken stems produced less than 1 mm;(2) The addition amount was positively correlated with the breakage rates of the stems when the amount of propylene glycol was more than 3%; the addition amount was negatively correlated with the breakage rates when the ethyl decanoate in stems was less than 1.5%; sorbitol did not have obvious effects on stem breakage rates.
