高温预处理对藏族摔跤运动员HSP70表达及健康体适能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Hyperthermic Preconditioning on Blood Leucocyte HSP70 Expression and Health-related Physical Fitness of Tibetan Wrestlers

摘要 目的:探讨四周高温预处理对藏族古典式摔跤运动员血液白细胞HSP70蛋白表达及健康体适能的影响。方法:选取藏族男性摔跤运动员15名,进行四周高温预处理,高温环境为桑拿,温度设定(46±1)℃,湿度85%~90%,每次高温预处理1h,每周三次(共十二次)。在四周高温预处理前后,于安静时分别测试藏族摔跤运动员健康体适能相关指标,并采集肘静脉血,采用WB法检测受试者血液白细胞HSP70蛋白表达。结果:进行高温预处理后,藏族摔跤运动员体重(P〈0.05),体重指数BMI(P〈0.05),克托莱指数(P〈0.05)较安静时均显著降低,台阶指数极显著增加(P〈0.01)。其余指标包括体脂百分比、肺活量、肺活量体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、握力水平、俯卧撑次数、立定跳远和坐位体前屈距离均无显著性差异。同时,高温预处理后受试者血液白细胞HSP70蛋白表达较安静时显著增加(P〈0.05),且HSP70表达与台阶指数数值呈显著正相关(R=0.49,P〈0.05)。结论:四周高温预处理可快速减轻藏族摔跤运动员体重,增加台阶指数,提高心肺耐力,上调受试者血液白细胞HSP70蛋白表达。高温预处理对藏族摔跤运动员心肺耐力的提高与HSP70蛋白表达上调相关。 Objectives:To discuss the effects of four weeks hyperthermic preconditioning on blood leucocyte HSP70 pro- tein expression and health-related physical fitness of Tibetan greco-roman wrestlers. Methods:The subjects were 15 Tibet- an mail wrestlers, four weeks (twelve times )hyperthermic preconditioning ( Sauna, 46 ± 1℃ ; relative humidity, 85% - 90% )was performed. After this, blood leucocyte HSP70 protein expression and health-related physical fitness were test- ed. Leukocyte HSP70 protein expression were examined by western blotting. Results : Compared with C Group, the body weight (P 〈 0. 05), body mass index ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and Quetelet index (P 〈 0. 05) of Tibetan mail wrestlers decreased marked- ly,and the step index increased significantly(P 〈0. 01 )after hyperthermic preconditioning. There was no significant difference in the other indexes including body fat percentage ,vital capacity, vital capacity and body mass exponent, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, hand wrest strength, the number of push-ups and the distance of standing long jump, sit-and-reach. Compared with C Group, leukocyte HSP70 protein expression increased significantly after hyperthermic preconditioning ( P 〈 0. 05 ). And HSP70 protein expression was positively correlated with the step index (R = 0. 49, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions : Four weeks hyperthermic precondi- tioning could reduce the body weight, increase the step index and leukocyte HSP70 protein expression, improve the cardiopulmonary endurance. Increased HSP70 protein expression was closely related to the improvement of cardiopulmonary endurance.
