M村干群关系变迁研究

Study on the Change of Relationship between cadres and masses in M Village

全面建设和谐小康社会一直是我们国家的见过理念。但在我国的部分地区,仍然有不和谐的矛盾存在,其中一个重要矛盾就是干群矛盾。本文从纵向上分析M村的干群关系的变迁,发现M村的村干由传统的权威型转变为理性的科层制型,干群关系也由此发生了很大的变化。

The building of a harmonious and well - off society in an all - round way has always been the foun- ding concept of our country. But in some areas of China, there are still discordant contradictions, and one of the important contradictions is the contradiction between cadres and masses. This paper analyzes the change of the relationship between the cadres and the masses in M village, and finds that the cadres in M Village changed traditional authority type to the rational bureaucratic system, and that the relationship between the cadres masses has also changed a lot.
