The maintenance of good social order requires a fair and just environment——Based on the View of Hayek's " Endogenous Order" Theory

社会运行内部规则是人类在适应环境以及处理个体、群体之间需要的过程中逐渐自发形成的,是社会规则的主要来源。社会个体是在相互对比、相互试错的过程中决定是否遵循社会规则的。个体成员遵循规则的不同社会环境,会相应地诱导其他个人改变其遵循的规则。良好社会秩序的塑造离不开对违反规则制度的个体和行为及时给以应有的、不讲人情的惩罚。唯有如此,才能有效地制止相应违反规则制度的行为,维护良好社会秩序。

The internal rules of social operation are gradually formed spontaneously in the process of humans a- dapting to the environment and dealing with the needs of the individual and the group, and are the main source of social rules. Social individuals decide whether or not to follow the rules of society in the process of contrasting and interacting with each other. Different social environment in which individual members follow the rules will correspondingly induce other individuals to change their rules. The shaping of good social order needs to give timely and proper punishment to the individual and behavior that violate the rules. Only in this way can we effectively stop the corresponding behavior which breaks rules and maintain a good social order.
