摘要
随着城市发展阶段的变化,城市住宅优势度分异程度呈"S"型曲线或倒"U"型曲线;城市住宅优势度空间分异格局呈现由中心向外围非均衡递减的倒"S"型曲线。空间分异格局的因素修正规律和自身优势度作用规律表明城市住宅优势度空间分异曲线出现不同程度的变形。
Based on the theoretical analysis the general rule of the spatial-temporal differentiation of housing dominance was summarized. With the change of urban development phases the rule of differentiation degree is 'S' curve or inverted 'U' curve. And the rule of spatial differentiation pattern is inverted 'S' curve with center-periphery disequilibrium decrease. On this basis the rule impacted by the locality amend and the housing itself dominance were analyzed. This study can provide an alternative theoretical reference to urban housing problems.
