Research on Urban Renewal Planning under More Goal-oriented Purpose

在我国,土地资源日益短缺、创新城市功能、城市文脉传承延续、空间品质提升需求紧迫等现实城市发展问题导致了城市更新的必要性。不少城市正争相出台相应城市更新相应政策,以合理有序的推进更新运动的实施。新时期下城市更新需要考虑实施性、结构性、文脉性等诉求。以留住城市记忆、文化传承与创新、交通疏导、经济复苏与改革、新型城市事件为五大主要目标导向,具体更新策略包括:明确社区更新内容、创新文化主导模式、加强站点周边更新、升级旧产业区、稳抓城市事件发展契机。最终实现城市更新下城市经济、社会、文化和环境的综合发展。

Currently the urban development has led to the need for urban renewal. For example it is increasing shortage of land resources, innovative of urban functions, continuation of the urban context, spatial quality improvement needs. Many cities are competing to put the appropriate city update, the appropriate policies to promote reasonable and orderly implementation of the Renewal Movement. Under the new period of urban renewal need to consider the implementation, structural, contextual and other demands. Thus, the article reviews five goal-oriented that it is to retain memories of the city, the cultural heritage and innovation, traffic control, economic recovery and reform, the new city event. This is the overall thinking on the methods and strategies of urban renewal. This is to make urban renewal it pays more attention to the comprehensive development of economic, social, cultural and environmental.
