摘要 用浮选柱代替丰山铜矿铜钼分离工艺流程中机械式浮选机精四到精七作业,通过与原工艺流程轮流进行工业生产,取得了对比的生产数据,结果表明,用浮选柱一次精选可代替原4次精选作业,钼精矿品位36.849%,回收率77.71%,比原工艺流程指标好,同时可以节约药剂10%以上,电单耗下降5%。 The industrial experiment of using flotation column replacing mechanical flotation machine in Cu-Mo separation from the fourth to the seventh stage cleaning in Fengshang Copper Mine was carried on. The production system and flotation column system was used in turn, and the comparison data were got. The results showed that one-stage flotation column concentration can replace four-stage cleaning, and Mo concentrate grade is 36. 849% and recovery rate is 77.71% which is better than original production process. The reagent consumption reduced 10% and the power cost reduced 5%.
