摘要
介绍了多绳提升首绳悬挂装置,对悬挂装置调整油缸的内径、油压和工作行程3个主要参数进行了分析,指出对超深井提升系统,选用内径、油压和行程合理的悬挂装置,可以降低容器自重,提高提升效率。
The head-rope attachments for multi-rope winding installations was introduced, and three main parameters of head-rope attachment, the cylinder diameter and oil pressure and cylinder stroke, were analyzed. It was pointed out that choosing suitable cylinder diameter and oil pressure and cylinder stroke head-rope attachment for superdeep shaft hoisting system can cut down the container dead-weight and improve the hoisting productivity.
