摘要
通过化学交联制备了聚(2-丙烯酰胺基-甲基丙磺酸钠盐)(PAMPSNa)水凝胶和PAMPSNa-海藻酸钠复合水凝胶,同时对其性能进行了研究.试验结果表明:PAMPSNa水凝胶和PAMPSNa-海藻酸钠复合水凝胶均具有良好的溶胀性能,且纯化的凝胶无细胞毒性;制备的水凝胶负载过氧化氢酶后与过氧化氢溶液反应,体系能持续有效地释放氧气.
Poly ( 2-Acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid sodium salt) (PAMPSNa) hydrogel and PAMPSNa-sodium alginate composite hydrogel were prepared by chemical crosslinking, and the properties were studied. The experimental results show that P had good swelling properties, and without cell cyto AMPSN toxicity a hydrogel after purif and PAMPSNa-alginate ication for the gel. The hydroge hydroge system loading with catalaseperoxidase can continuously and effectively release oxygen by reacting with the hydrogen peroxide solution.
