摘要 采用惰气熔融-红外/热导法,使用LECO ON736氧氮分析仪对铪中氧和氮的含量进行测定,同时对助熔剂种类和用量、分析功率的大小及试样的质量对氧、氮检测结果的影响进行了研究.通过空白实验确定了氧的检测下限为0.001%,氮的检测下限为0.0002%.实验结果表明,在镍篮为助熔剂、分析功率为5200W、称样质量为0.1g的条件下,氧和氮的RSD分别为3.51%和3.53%,氧的加标回收率为96.4%-103.6%,氮的加标回收率为95.0%-107.5%,表明该法能满足分析需要. This experiment used LECO ON736 oxygen nitrogen analyzer, by inert gas fusion infrared / thermal conductivity method on the content of oxygen and nitrogen in determination of hafnium. Study on the flux and effect analysis of power and sample mass on the test results of nitrogen and oxygen. The nickel basket as flux analysis, power 5200W, 0. 1g of the sample. Through the blank experiment, the detection limit of oxygen is 0. 001%, and the detection limit of nitrogen is 0. 0002%. The RSD of oxygen and nitrogen were 3.51% and 3.53% respectively. The recovery of oxygen was 96.4%-103.6% ,the recovery rate of nitrogen was 95.0%-107.5% ,it shows that the method can meet the needs of analysis.
