自主排尿锻炼法预防子宫颈癌术后尿潴留的效果观察

Observation on the effect of self urination exercise in the prevention of postoperative urinary retention in patients with cervical cancer

目的探讨自主排尿膀胱功能锻炼法对预防宫颈癌根治术后尿潴留的效果。方法将103例宫颈癌根治术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组53例,对照组50例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上,实施自主排尿锻炼法进行膀胱功能锻炼,观察两组患者术后膀胱功能恢复情况,测量两组患者术后残余尿量及尿潴留发生率。结果术后14d拔除尿管后,实验组有2例残余尿量≥100mL(尿潴留发生率4%),对照组有9例残余尿量≥100mL(尿潴留发生率18%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组有3例发生泌尿系感染(发生率5.7%),对照组有11例发生泌尿系感染(发生率22%),泌尿系感染发生率两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌根治术后患者进行自主排尿锻炼法,能有效促进膀胱功能恢复,预防术后尿潴留的发生。
