广东日本商工会议所的制度创设与人事构成探析

The System Building and Personnel Composition of Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Guangdong

广东日本商工会议所创立于1937年。抗战爆发后,虽曾一度中止活动,但在广州沦陷后于1940年重设。重设后的广东日本商工会议所受制于广东日本总领事馆,在1941年及1943年两次组织及人事改组过程中,不只随处可见总领事馆的干预,且从中体现出广东日本商工会议所内部的势力变动趋势、人事策略及对外的联络渠道等多种信息。广东日本商工会议所的上述特征,在华南具有代表性,且可视为抗战前后在华日本商工会议所研究的重要补充部分。

Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Guangdong was built in 1937. After the outbreak of China's War of2016 4 Resistance against Japanese Aggression,though it stopped to act for a time,it was rebuilt after Guangzhou was occupied in1940. From then on,the Chamber was controlled by Consulate-General of Japan in Guangdong. In the two reorganizations in 1941 and 1943 to its system and personnel,the Consulate-General's interferences were pervasive,and information such as the Chamber's change trends of inner forces,personnel strategies and external communication channels were released.The above characteristics of the Chamber are typical in South China and can be regarded as important supplementary parts of the studies on Japanese chambers of commerce and industry in China.
