太原市河道轮虫群落结构特征及水质评价 被引量:1

摘要 调查了太原市河道三个不同营养状态水体的轮虫群落及理化因子,检测到轮虫73种,录属于18科29属,螺形龟甲轮虫(Keratella cochlearis)、曲腿龟甲轮虫(Keratella valga)、广布多肢轮虫(Polyarthra vulgaris)、萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calyciflorus)、角突臂尾轮虫(Brachionus angularis)及长圆疣毛轮虫(Synchaeta oblonga)为优势种.应用污染指示种、EO指数及物种多样性指数方法,并结合综合营养状态指数对水质进行了初步评价,结果表明上兰段属于中营养类型,南内环段为轻度富营养,温南社段中度富营养,轮虫群落结构特征评价的水质状况结果与理化因子的评价基本一致. The investigation on rotifer composition and water physical-chemical parameters were carried out in the urban river of Tai Yuan. 73 species of rotifer were identified in total,belonging to 29 genera,18 families.The dominant species were Keratella cochlearis,Keratella valga,Polyarthra vulgaris,Brachionus calyciflorus,Brachionus angularis and Synchaeta oblonga. Ecological assessment of water eutrophicution level were evaluated by indicator species,biotic index of E / O and the biodiversity index combined with the comprehensive trophic level index( TLI). The study showed that the Shang Lan section was at meso-trophic level,while the Nan nei-huan section at light eutrophication level,the Wen nan-she at medium eutrophication level. The results of ecological assessment of water quality were consistent with the results of the comprehensive trophic level index.
