民族地区党的基层组织建设存在的问题及其对策——以临夏州为例

Problems and Countermeasures of the CCP's Basic Organizational Construction in Ethnic Groups Areas——Taking Linxia Prefecture as an Example

民族地区党的基层组织因所处环境的边际性、民族性、文化多元性等,其工作有着特殊难点与"痛点"。聚焦民族地区党建中存在的诸多问题,紧密结合民族地区实际,强化组织职能、选优配强"领头雁"、加强阵地建设、发展集体经济、民族工作和党建工作深度融合,是解决难题、应对挑战的基本思路和对策。

The party＇ s basic organizations in ethnic areas are featured with marginality, nationality and cultural di- versity in so far as their environment, which bring about special difficulties. The paper, based on analysis of these dif- ficulties and the local specific conditions, puts forward that it is the basic idea and countermeasure to meet up with challenges through strengthening the organizational function, reinforcing the position construction, developing collec- tive economy, etc.
