京津冀地区环境教育缺陷与解决对策分析

Defects Analysis and Countermeasures about Universities Environmental Education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

随着环境污染愈演愈烈,高校环境教育势在必行。以京津冀地区高校环境教育状况为研究对象,通过问卷调查方式展开研究,分析环境教育缺陷并寻找解决对策。该地区环境教育主要存在如下问题:环境教育课程开设目的不明确,缺乏具体指导;环境教育"师"、"资"匮乏;环境教育内容与专业结合不紧密;环境教育所涵盖的对象范围有待拓宽;缺乏法律约束和制度保障。针对上述缺陷对我国环境教育的未来发展提出几点建议:1、将环境教育的重点放在资源节约教育上;2、学科渗透,与专业技能结合;3、对环境教育者实行专业化培训;4、因地制宜,开展各种形式的环境保护教育活动;5、发挥榜样力量,引领环保潮流;6、推进环境教育发展的制度保障。

With intensified environmental pollution, the environmental education in universities is imperative. Taking the environmental education in universities in beijing- tianjin-hebei region as the research object, this paper analyzes the defects in environmental education and sought the countermeasures by a questionnaire study. The region environmental education mainly has the following problems： the purpose of environmental education courses is not clear, lacking specific guidance; Lack of teachers and environmental education teaching resources; the combination of environmental education content and profession is not close; objects covered by the scope of environmental education should be widened; lack of legal constraints and institutional guarantee. Based on the above defects of environmental education in our country, this study puts forward several suggestions for the future development： 1. Take emphasis of the environmental education on resource conservation education; 2. Combine discipline with professional skills; 3. Implement specialized training for environmental educators; 4. Carry out various forms of environmental education activities according to local conditions; 5. Give full play to the force of example,lead the trend of environmental protectionl 6. Promote the development of institutional guarantee for environmental education.
