摘要
结构的承载能力往往是结构设计人员根据相关规范计算通过专业软件模拟而确定的.在对某商住楼楼板荷载的检测鉴定时,除了理论计算还结合了实际堆载,用位移计实时监测记录各受力构件的位移变化情况,并辅以全站仪测量位移变化,从而提高测量的准确性.通过现场勘测、验算和堆载监测位移结果,表明悬挑梁的实际配筋基本满足计算配筋的要求,该部分悬挑楼盖的承载力满足改为保险库使用的1 300kg/m2荷载使用要求,评定该部位楼盖的结构安全性等级为Asu级.
The bearing capacity of the structure is often calculated by the architects according to relevant regulations and determined through professional software simulation. During detection and identification of a commercial and residential floor loads,integrating theoretical calculation to actual loading, with real-time monitoring and recording of each displacement meter changes by displacement force member and supplemented by total station measuring displacement, the accu- racy of measurement is improved. Results of on-site survey, checking and loading displacement monitoring indicate that actual reinforcement of cantilevered beam basically meet the requirements of calculation reinforcement,hearing capacity of this section is changed to 1300 kg/m2 load requirements which is used in strong rooms, and safety level of the parts of the floor structure is evaluated as Asu.
