摘要
为了提高高职教育土建类专业人才培养质量,针对生源多样化和企业需求多样化对高职建筑工程技术专业人才培养目标和规格提出的更高要求,结合我校建筑工程技术专业建设实际,开展了工学交替、分类培养、递进提升、常态考核人才培养模式的创新与实践,探索出一条高质量技术技能型人才培养的有效路径.
In order to improve the quality of personnel training, according to diversification of students and enterprise requirements of talent training target and standard of construction engineering technology specialty, the mode of working-learning alternation, classified cultivation, progressive improvement, and normalized assessment is proposed combing the actual situation of construction engineering technology major of our college, and an efficient way of high quality technical skilled personnel training is formed.
