应用型大学专业文化建设探析

On construction of specialty culture in application-oriented colleges

我国的高等教育发展迅速,但以综合性大学居多,办学思路和办学定位相似度较高,不能满足社会对不同层次人才的需求.为了解决这一问题,2015年国家有关部门明确要求有条件、有意愿的试点高校率先探索应用型发展模式.徐州工程学院作为江苏省确定的21所应用型本科院校之一,在借鉴德国应用型大学建设经验的基础上,创新实施了以专业文化建设为平台和依托的应用型人才培养模式,从制度形式、物质形式、精神形式和行为形式等4个层次构建了应用型大学"四位一体"专业文化建设模式.研究表明,专业文化平台能使理论知识与社会实践相结合,使学术精神与职业精神相融合,为应用型人才培养既提供了显性的育人环境,又提供了潜在的发展动力.

Although higher education in China is developing rapidly those years, the majority are comprehensive colleges with similar education methods and purposes which can＇t meet the social demand for talents of different levels. In order to solve this problem, in 2015, the related state department made a clear requirement that some pilot colleges should take the lead in exploring application-oriented talents cultivation model. Xuzhou University of Technology, as one of twenty-one applied undergraduate uni- versities in Jiangsu province, on the basis of the construction experience of applied universities in Ger- many, initially carries out an application-oriented talents cultivation model centered on the platform of professional culture construction and explores the ＂ Four in One＂ model of specialty culture construction from four levels-the institutional level, the material level, the spiritual level and the behavior level. It shows that the platform of specialty culture can make theoretical knowledge combined with social practice, and can make academic spirit integrated with professional spirit, as well as provides the obvious environment for talent cultivation and the potential for the future development.
