摘要
目的:研究不同采收期及不同药用部位黔产千里光中总生物碱的含量动态变化规律,为确定黔产千里光的采收期和药用部位提供理论依据。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定总生物碱的含量。结果:不同采收期黔产千里光全草总生物碱的含量以8月份两次采集的样品中最高,含量分别为64.36、64.84 mg·g^(-1),千里光全草、根、茎、叶中均含有生物碱,叶中总生物碱的含量高于茎、根,其中8月份两次采集样品的叶中总生物碱含量最高,分别为124.11、114.20 mg·g^(-1)。结论:不同采收期、不同药用部位千里光中总生物碱的含量存在明显差异,应注意采收期和药用部位对千里光药材质量的影响。
Objective: Objective: To compare the content of total alkaloid in GuiZhou Sen. ecio scanden, s Buch. - Ham in different harvest time and different parts, so as to provide a basis for determining the harvest time and harvest parts of GuiZhou Sen. ecio scanden, s Buch. - Ham. Methods: The content of total alkaloid was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Result: The highest content of total alkaloid was observed in the two samples collected in August, which'were 64. 36 and 64. 84 rag. g - 1. The content of total alkaloid in leaves was much higher than in the roots and the stems, and the total alkaloid content in leaves of two samples collected in August were 124. 11 and 114. 40 mg. g -1. Conclusion: The content of total alkaloids of GuiZhou Sen. ecio scanden, s Buch. - Ham in different harvest time and different parts was significantly different. The effects of the harvest time and parts on the quality of GuiZhou Sen. ecio scanden, s Buch. -Ham should be noted.
