Teaching Practice: the New Way of Normal University Students in the Professional Ethics Education——A Case Study on Xinzhou Teachers University

实习支教作为师范大学生一种全新的教育教学模式,已全面取代传统教育实习形式,引发了新一轮师范大学生人才培养模式的改革。忻州师范学院十几年的实习支教经验证明,实习支教不仅提升了师范大学生的教育教学能力,而且还强化了其正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,坚定了其职业信仰和道德信念,增强了其职业使命感和社会责任感,培养了他们坚韧不拔的品质和吃苦耐劳的精神,提高了他们的综合职业技能并激发了他们的学习自觉性,成为师范大学生职业道德教育的一种新途径。

As a new way of normal university students teaching mode,has been fully replace the traditional form of education internship,causeing a new round reformation on training normal university students. The Teaching Practice experiences more than ten years of Xin Zhou Teachers University has been proved that Teaching Practice not only improves the teaching ability in education of normal university students,but also strengthens the correct world outlook,the outlook on life and values. It has been established normal university students＇ professional belief and moral beliefs,and enhanced the professional sense of mission and social responsibility,cultivated the spirit of the quality of perseverance and bear hardships and stand hard work,improved the comprehensive vocational skills and stimulated the learning consciousness. It has become a new way to professional ethics education of normal university students.
