实习支教:师范生职业适应能力培养的有效途径

Practice Teaching: Students Occupation Ability Training to Adapt to the Effective Way

实习支教是培养师范生将来职业适应能力的重要途径。文章通过查阅已有文献,并结合对实习支教同学的访谈调查,试图从工作规划能力、知识和智能结构、自主学习能力、人际交往能力、承受挫折能力五个方面分析实习支教对师范生职业适应能力培养的影响。同时也针对当前实习支教中存在的影响师范生职业适应能力的问题提出了一些改进建议,以便于更好地提升师范生的职业适应能力。

Practice teaching is an important way to cultivate students ability to adapt to future occupation. By consulting the previous literature and combined with the survey of experienced practice teaching students in high normal school,trying to know the influence of practice teaching to normal students＇ professional adaptation from five aspects of teaching practice ability such as the planning ability,knowledge and intelligence structure,autonomous learning ability,interpersonal skills,bear setbacks ability. The survey also found that there are some problems about cultivating normal students＇ occupational adaptability. Therefore,the survey had proposed some suggestions to facilitate a better improve the normal students＇ professional ability to adapt.
