江苏省高等院校创业教育现状调查与分析

Investigations and Analyses of Current University Enterprise Education in Jiangsu Province

近年来大学毕业生的就业问题日趋严峻,牵动着各级政府和广大公众的心,"以创业带动就业"已成为解决大学生就业问题的必然选择,高校纷纷把创业教育改革作为人才培养改革重点,研究探索创新创业人才的培养机制和模式。利用江苏省内12家高等院校创业教育状况调查的数据,对江苏高校学生和教师群体对创业教育的认知进行分析,研究发现:在众多影响因素中政府的扶持政策,高校的创业支持高校的激励机制和政策导向是影响创业教育效果的三个最主要的因素,另外师资力量和学校的办学理念(定位)也对高校创业教育产生极其重要的影响。文章针对调查中发现的问题提出了相应对策建议,以期进一步推进高校创业教育改革。

During the recent years university graduates are facing increasingly severe employment problems, which attracts intense concern from all-level governments and the public. In such a case, ＂promoting em- ployment with enterprise＂ has become an inevitable choice to solve university graduates＇ employment prob- lem. Universities successively focus talent development reform on enterprise education reform and explore the development mechanism and pattern for innovation and enterprise talents. With the investigation data of 12 Jiangsu universities＇ enterprise education, this research analyzed Jiangsu university students＇ and teachers＇ recognition of enterprise education. It is found that the most important factors influencing the effect of enterprise education were government＇s supporting policy, university＇s enterprise support, and u- niversity＇s stimulus mechanism and policy orientation. Besides, faculty quality and the running philosophy （positioning） of universities have an extremely significant impact on university enterprise education. Some solutions and suggestions were raised for the problems found in the investigations to further university en- terprise education reform.
