摘要
学科评估指标体系是当前评价高校学科建设较为科学的标准,它主要通过设置三级具体指标考察高校教师队伍建设、人才培养、科学研究等。教师发展是高校学科建设核心所在。高校可以围绕评估指标寻找对应的高校教师的能力素质,建立以基本职业素质、专业素养、科学研究能力、教学指导能力、学术团队管理能力、社会服务能力等六大方面内容为基础的高校教师自主发展模式来实施人才强校战略。
China index system of discipline evaluation is a relatively scientific standard for current evaluation of university discipline construction, mainly focusing on the development of university teachers, personnel training, and scientific research. Since teachers' development is the core of university discipline construction, university teachers' capabilities and qualities should be explored guided by the evaluation index. To implement the strategy of developing universities with talents, a university teachers' self-development pattern is to be established based on fundamental vocational quality, professional quality, scientific research capability, teaching guide capability, academic team administration capability, and social service capability.
