摘要
作为21世纪海上丝绸之路战略和国际经贸合作网络的支撑点,提升沿线港口的运行效率是加快沿海贸易经济增长的关键所在。文章梳理了近年来有关海上战略与港口建设的重要研究,运用DEA分析法评价了经济新常态下我国海上丝绸之路沿线11个港口2012—2014年的动态效率,进而运用Malmquist指数与聚类分析对近三年港口区域差异与发展特征进行比较,深入研究了引起港口生产效率变化的主要因素。
As the supporting point of the Marine Silk Road strategy and the international economy and trade cooperation network in the 21st century,the advancement of the operational efficiency of the ports along the line is critical for speeding up the economic growth of the coastal trade. The article reviews recent researches concerning maritime strategy and port construction;evaluates the dynamic efficiency of 11 ports along the marine silk road between 2012-2014 under the new norm with DEA analysis method;and then uses the Malmquist index and cluster analysis of port regional differences and development characteristics of the recent three years to study further the main factors leading to the change of port production efficiency.
