血培养病原菌分布及耐药性分析 被引量:8

Distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in blood culture

摘要 目的对新都区人民医院2015年1月至2016年1月血培养病原菌种类及耐药性进行分析,为指导临床抗菌药物合理使用提供依据。方法采用LABSTAR plus全自动血液培养仪对血培养瓶连续监测,对阳性标本及时涂片和转种,用Micro Scan Walk/Away-40plus全自动微生物鉴定和药敏试验分析系统对细菌进行鉴定和耐药性分析。结果排除8例假阳性干扰,1 570份血培养标本中分离出病原菌共135株,其阳性率为8.6%。其中有革兰阳性菌58株(42.96%),革兰阴性菌72株(53.33%),真菌3株(2.22%)。检出率高的病原菌包括大肠埃希菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌。大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对美罗培南、头孢西丁、阿米卡星等敏感。凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对万古霉素、莫西沙星敏感。结论该院的血培养病原菌种类复杂,耐药性差异较大,监测病原菌的种类及耐药性,有助于临床合理用药,避免抗菌药物滥用。 Ojeive o nlyze he diiuion nd dug eine of phogeni ei in lood ulue fom Jnuy 2015 o Jnuy 2016 o povide he i fo guiding linil ionl ue of nimioil gen.
