胃癌患者组织中IL-1β、IL-6表达水平与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性分析

Analysis on correlation between expression of IL-1β and IL-6 in gastric cancer tissues with Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with gastric cancer

目的研究胃癌患者组织中IL-1β、IL-6的表达水平与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的相关性分析。方法选择2013年3月至2015年1月接诊的60例胃癌患者为观察组,60例参与研究的健康志愿者为对照组。采用免疫组织化学法和快速尿素酶法检测法分别检测两组胃组织中IL-1β、IL-6表达情况以及Hp感染情况。结果观察组IL-1β、IL-6表达水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Hp感染情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组中Hp感染患者的IL-1β、IL-6表达与未受感染患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-1β、IL-6水平升高可能导致胃癌的形成,Hp感染可能与胃癌形成具有相关性。
