成都地区医务人员艾滋病应对能力研究

Study on AIDS coping ability of medical workers in Chengdu

目的了解成都地区各级医院医务人员艾滋病应对能力的现状。方法采用自行设计的医务人员艾滋病应对能力调查问卷对成都市10所医院的900名医务人员进行调查和分析。结果所有研究对象艾滋病应对能力平均总分(73.41±8.26)分,处于中等水平;医务人员艾滋病应对能力与医院是否诊疗过艾滋病患者、是否发生过职业暴露、是否需要接受培训、是否有专职部门处理职业暴露、既往是否接受过培训、是否知道医院配备的防护用品、知道医院配备的防护用品及使用情况、所在医院是否配备了个人防护用品方面有相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论成都地区医务人员艾滋病应对能力处于中等水平。加强艾滋病相关知识专业性系统性的培训,对提高医务人员艾滋病应对能力尤为重要。
