摘要
高校辅导员职业认同度溯及胜任力,基于胜任力的研究有助于推动辅导员的职业生涯发展,巩固并升华着辅导员的职业认同度。目前高校辅导员职业认同度存在着岗位职责与职业期待有差距、职业价值观抉择艰难、职业内驱力不足等问题。通过建立基于胜任力的职业技能标准,推动学科平台和队伍建设,促进辅导员胜任力形成,进而实现职业认同度的提升。
When it comes to the professional recognition of college counselors, competency should be discussed, and the study of competency promotes the career development of counselors, and consolidates the professional competency of counselors. There exist such problems as the gap between college counselors' professional responsibility and career expectation, the choice of professional values, and insufficient professional drive. The establishment of professional skill standard based on competency can improve discipline platform and team construction and the formation of counselors' competency, so as to promote professional recognition.
