山苍子扦插繁殖技术研究

Study on Cutting Propagation Technique of Litsea cubeba

研究生根粉、枝条、基质、扦插时间等不同因子对山苍子扦插繁殖的影响,结果表明:在山苍子扦插繁殖中,以黄心土为基质+基部半木质化萌条为插条+浓度为100 mg/L的萘乙酸浸泡0.5h+春末夏初(5月)扦插等扦插组合技术为最好,扦插成活率最高,达76%.

This project is to study the impact of different factors including rooting powder,branches,matrix and cutting time,on cuttage propagation of Litsea cubeba. The results showed as follows： the survival rate of cuttage propagation of Litsea cubeba was the highest,reaching 76%,with the best combination techniques of taking the basis of yellow soil as the substrate,semi lignified stump plants as cuttings,soaked in the concentration of 100 mg/L NAA for 0.5 hour,and cutting in late spring and early summer（May）.
