党的十八届五中全会提出的共享理念是马克思主义哲学实践观的实践形式,是马克思政治经济学原理的具体应用,是对科学社会主义理论的创新发展。共享发展理念落实了当代中国发展的根本出发点和落脚点,创新实践了马克思主义的核心价值观。公有共享是科学社会主义的本质要求,也是巩固和发展中国特色社会主义制度的根本保障。公有共享发展理念集中反映和体现了中国共产党的执政理念,表明了中国共产党执政的宗旨和价值追求,是我们党不忘初心、继续前进的行动纲领。

The concept of sharing,which was raised in the 5th Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,is a form of practice under Marxist philosophy of practice,a specific application of Marxism political economic theory and an innovation of the scientific socialism theory.The concept of shared development has revealed the starting point and the destination of modern Chinese development and innovatively practiced the core values of Marxism.Public ownership and sharing are the basic requirements of scientific socialism and the basic guarantee which consolidates and advances the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.The concept of public ownership and shared development embodies the governing philosophy of the Communist of China and reflects the purpose and value of the ruling Communist Party of China,and are the program of action of our party who will always keep to its original aspiration and never stop to advance.
