摘要
紧张的生活节奏、身体活动不足、环境污染等因素,对人的身体、心理和社会行为健康构成了前所未有的威胁。在生活的高压力下,心脏病、高血压、肥胖症、神经衰弱、社会行为失态等各种所谓"现代文明病"日渐滋生与蔓延。健身走是一项以促进身体和心理健康为目的,且普通人易于做到的具有一定姿势、速度和时间要求的在自然环境中开展的肢体活动。通过文献资料、数据统计、比较分析法对健身走的方法、意义做了较为详细的介绍和分析,鼓励广大人民群众响应国家全民体育,选择健身走强身健体。
The intense pace of life, lack of physical activity, environmental pollution and other factors have put an unprecedented threat to the health of people's physical, psychological and social behavior. In the high pressure of life, the so - called modern civilization diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, neurasthenia and social behavior gaffe are growing and spreading. Fitness walking carried out in the natural environment is good for people'physical and mental health, which is easy for the ordinary people with a certain posture, speed and time requirements. Methods and meaning of fitness walking are elaborated and analyzed in detail based on literature and material, statistics and comparative analysis. The masses are encouraged to respond to the call of national sports, and choose the way of fitness walking to build their bodies.
