受弗洛伊德精神分析学说和厨川白村文艺理论的影响,鲁迅在《颓败线的颤动》中,以梦为媒介,运用大量的象征和暗喻,创造出极具视觉冲击力的梦幻世界。"梦中之梦"的特殊叙述方式隐晦地传达出鲁迅内心世界最为隐秘的本能欲望和生存焦虑,亲人的冷漠与空旷的荒野成为冷酷孤独生存空间的象征,而梦中的老妇人则是鲁迅情感世界的真实写照。在梦的世界中,鲁迅现实生活中的生存苦闷和焦虑得到了释放。

Under the influences of Freud＇s Psychoanalytic Theory and Kuriyagawa Hakuson＇s theories of literature and art,Lu Xun created a powerful visual dream world by using a large number of symbols and metaphors,and taking dreams as medium in his Tremor of Decaying Body.Lu Xun expressed his secret instincts and anxieties for living in the＂nested dream＂.Relatives＇ indifference and howling wilderness symbolize the ruthless and loneliness of living space,and the image of an old woman is the true portrayal of Lu Xun＇s emotional world.Lu Xun＇s distressed feelings and anxieties in real life have been released in the dream world.
