中国可持续发展子系统耦合关系及空间格局研究 被引量:2

Coupling Between Subsystems and the Spatial Pattern of China's Sustainable Development

摘要 着眼于区域可持续发展系统中的"经济—社会—生态环境"三个子系统之间的协同演化规律,通过耦合协调模型对中国及31个省级行政单位的经济、社会、生态环境之间的耦合度和协调度进行研究,得出以下结论:1)中国"经济—社会—生态环境子系统"耦合度为处于颉颃阶段,耦合协调度属于濒临失调衰退类,"经济—生态环境子系统"、"社会—生态环境子系统"的耦合协调度明显滞后于"经济—社会子系统"的耦合协调度.2)全国81%省份经济、社会、生态环境子系统耦合度处在颉颃阶段,19%的地区属于低水平耦合阶段,耦合度呈现出从东向西逐渐增强的空间格局."经济—社会—生态环境子系统"耦合协调度空间分布存在较大差异:东部沿海区域为协调发展类,南部的"S"型区域为轻度失调衰退类,西北、东北和中部地区为勉强协调发展类.3)31个省区三个子系统"两两"之间耦合度均属于颉颃阶段,"经济—社会"耦合协调度远大于"经济—生态环境"、"社会—生态环境"的耦合协调度. The current study aims to reveal the co-evolution rule of economy-society-ecological environment among the regional sustainable development system. Based on the coupling coordination model, the author studies the coupling degree and coordination degree of the "economy-society-ecological environment" system in China and the 31 provinces. Main results are as follows: 1 ) The coupling degree of China's economy-society-ecological environment system is at an rival stage and the coupling coordination degree is on the verge of disorder and recession. It is clear that the coupling and coordination degree for "economy-ecological environment" and "society-ecological environment" falls behind that of "economy-society". 2)The coupling degree of "economy- society-ecological environment" in 81% of provinces is at the rival stage,and that in the other provinces is at the low coupling stage ,the coupling degree gradually increasing from east to west. There is a great difference in the spatial distribution of the coupling coordination degree of this system : the eastern coastal regions is classed to the coordinated development, the "S" regions in the south is classed to mild disorder and recession, and the northwest, northeast and central regions are barely classed to the coordinated development. 3 )The coupling de, gree of the "two and two" of three subsystems in 31 provinces is in antagonistic stage and the coupling coordination degree of "economy-society" is much higher than that of "economy-ecological environment" and "society-ecological environment".
