国企改革一直为人们所关注,然而到底怎么改,一直是政府和经济学家以及社会大众所关心的问题。从一名国企员工的角度,论述了该"国进"还是"民进"、民企进国企的现实可实现途径,以及对国企分类改革的理解。

The reform of state-owned enterprises has been concerned by people. But how to reform has always been concerns for government, economists as well as the public. From the point of view of a state-owned enterprise employee, this paper discusses whether state-owned enterprise or the private enterprises should be advanced, and the approaches for private enterprises transforming into state-owned enterprises, as well as the understanding of the classification reform of state-owned enterprises.
