摘要
运用TRIZ理论,结合工况实际,建立系统组件模型、结构模型、功能模型,进行系统功能分析和根本原因分析,通过定义系统中技术矛盾、物理矛盾和应用物场分析,得出了舵机噪声的改进方案。
Using TRIZ theory, combined with the actual conditions, the system component model, structure model, function model are established. And the system function and root cause are analyzed. Through the definition of system contradiction, physical contradictions and application field, the improvement program for steering gear noise are provided.
