Enterprise Operation Ability Analysis——Taking Hai'er Group as an Example

通过分析衡量企业营运能力的四项指标,以海尔集团为案例背景,找出了海尔公司在经营管理和资金运作方面存在的主要问题,以及对整个公司盈利和偿债等其它方面造成的影响。在此基础上提出了解决问题的建议,使企业能够在竞争激烈的国内外市场中健康稳步地发展。

By analyzing the four indicators of the enterprise＇s operating capability, this paper finds out the main problems of Haier＇s management and capital operation and the impact on the whole company＇s profit and debt repayment. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem so that the enterprise can develop steadily and healthily in the competitive domestic and foreign markets.
