And this is in accordance with the past and the present, and summarizes the connotation of city spirit about Zunyi. Red culture is the gene of city spirit about Ztmyi; green culture is observed to develop Zunyi city, and keep moving is the internal thrust for the city spirit. Through literature analysis, this paper endeavors to discuss the rich connotation of the spirit; various means or ways will be employed to promote this spirit so as to let the spirit known among people; besides, we will put the spirit into action to further the development of Zunyi.
