近年来，黑龙江省森工林区经济开始进入转型发展的新阶段。对林区经济转型发展中需要的人才类型进行分析，提出培养适应林区经济转型发展需要的人才措施，只有留住并发挥人才的作用，森工林区在经济转型发展中才能走出一条可持续发展道路。
