摘要
乌鲁木齐市处于中国西北时区，为东六时区，而作息时间却以东八区为准。采用问卷调查法、数理统计法等对乌鲁木齐市小学生的课外体育活动进行调查研究，建议在课余时间家长要更加关注学生的健康，教育部门应充分重视时区优势，使乌鲁木齐市的课外体育得到更好发展。
Urumqi is in China northwest time zone which is the 6 coordinates east area, and the work and rest time is according to the east eight area shall prevail. In this paper, through questionnaire investigation, interview method, etc, to investigate the elementary student＇s extracurricular sports activities in Urumqi and the research, Suggestions in full after school time, parents should pay attention to students＇ health and education departments should pay attention to the time zone of the unique advantages, let students get a better development of Urumqi.
