摘要 针对寺河矿井下不同水平间大跨度、高落差主运出煤系统的实际情况,采用传统煤仓给煤机的出煤方式,由于煤仓容量小,原有的储煤、控煤优势无法体现,极易发生煤仓溢仓情况,提出折弯溜槽与螺旋溜槽相结合的方案。通过折弯溜槽与螺旋溜槽的分级减速,控制了煤流速度,既保证了煤流的通过性,又提高了原煤块率约4%.通过综采工作面回采出煤运行,效果良好,目前在该矿已全面推广。 According to the actual situation of large-span and high-drop coal conveying system at different levels of Sihe coal mine, the traditional coal bunker and coal-feeding method is adopted. Due to relatively small capacity, the origi tions of nal advantages of bunker system can not be achieved effectively, and prone to coal bunker overflow. The solu- combining and spiral chute, creased about 4% folding chute and spiral chute together is put controls the coal flow speed vastly, the transit .
