多权属建筑物的三维地籍模型构建方法研究

Study on the Method of Three Dimensional Cadastre Model on More Land Right Building

随着高层建筑物增多,多权属建筑物的三维地籍模型成为许多学者的研究热点。三维地籍是一种引入三维产权的领域模型,它除了登记和洞悉二维宗地的权属状况,还可以注册、明晰和界定三维产权单元的空间权属。据此,重点研究了应用SketchUp构建多层建筑物的立体模型,构建了三维地籍属性信息数据库,将三维模型和属性信息导入ArcGIS中,完成了多权属高层建筑物三维地籍模型构建和属性信息查询。

The three dimensional cadaster model has become a popular study for many scholars by the rise of high-rise buildings. Three dimensional cadastral which introducing three dimensional property rights is a domain model, it not only could registration and understand two dimensional of land ownership, but also could registration and definition three dimensional space of the property right unit ownership. By these, to build three dimensional model of multistory buildings by SketchUp is studied, the three dimensional cadastre attribute information database is formed, and the establishment of tall building three dimensional cadastre model for more land right building as well as query of attribute information by importing three dimensional model and attribute information into AreGIS is accomplished.
