摘要 阐述了我国管廊建设、BIM技术应用以及地下管线运维管理现状,分析了建立基于BIM的管廊运维管理平台的必要性,研究了平台的浏览器/服务器运行模式和多层总体架构,设计了基于BIM的多源数据查询与录入、管线设备信息查询与统计、维修计划生成与BIM模型快速浏览的管廊运维管理平台,为建立城市综合管廊运维管理平台提供了有效途径。 With the present pipe gallery construction, application of BIM technology and underground pipeline operation and maintenance management is expounded, the necessity of establishing the management platform for pipe gallery operation and maintenance based on BIM is pointed out. Then the operation mode of Browser/Server and the multi-layer architecture for the platform are studied, and a management platform for pipe gallery operation and maintenance including multi-source data query and input based on BIM, information inquiry and pipeline statistics, maintenance planning and BIM model browse is designed in detail, which may be beneficial for the establishment of the operation and maintenance management platform for the urban integrated pipe gallery.
