改进初中级工程测量员技能鉴定操作考核方法研究

Research about the Improvement of Skills Certification Examination on Junior-middle Level Surveyor

近年来,江苏省每年参加初、中级工程测量员职业资格技能鉴定的在校学生超过了4 000名。为兼顾技能鉴定考核的效率与质量,制定既符合职业标准、满足教学实际需要,又科学可行的鉴定操作考核方法非常必要。通过参与或从事工程测量员技能培训鉴定,笔者对初、中级工程测量员技能鉴定操作项目和考核方法进行了研究,提出了新的鉴定操作考核方法。

In recent years, students that more than 4,000 every year in Jiangsu province is to participate the junior-middle level surveyor qualification occupation skill appraisal. For both efficiency and quality of the skill evaluation, the development is in line with the occupation standard, meet the actual needs of teaching, and identify the scientific and feasible appraisal method necessarily. Engaged in engineering surveyor of skill evaluation work for many years, the author improved the early assessment method for measuring skill identification operation of intermediate engineering, put forward a new examination method on the identification of operation.
